The problems we fix every day
Tell us what's stopping you from working and we'll fix it:
Computer running slow, frozen, or acting up
Whatever's stopping you from working, tell us what's happening and we'll get someone on it, remotely or onsite across Greater Sydney.
Can't log in or reach your files
Locked accounts, forgotten passwords, missing permissions. We sort out access issues quickly so you're not stuck waiting.
Windows, Mac, iPhone and iPad support
Troubleshooting and setup across every device your team uses, not just Windows, including Apple device support and MDM.
Email not sending, software won't install
From a stuck update to an inbox that's stopped working, we fix the everyday software problems that bring work to a halt.
Printer, scanner or peripheral not connecting
Physical devices that won't cooperate, sorted quickly so your team isn't stuck troubleshooting hardware instead of working.
A laptop ready before their first day
New starter needs a device set up, someone's replacing a laptop, or you're adding a new user, we handle it start to finish.
Our approach
We start with what’s actually happening, not a script of troubleshooting steps. Most problems get fixed in the first conversation; anything bigger gets escalated properly instead of bouncing between different people.
When you call, you get someone who can fix it rather than someone taking notes to pass along. That sounds like a small thing until you count how much of a bad morning goes on repeating yourself to three people.
Most IT support in Sydney is sold by the hour or by the ticket, which quietly rewards the provider when a problem lasts longer. We would rather the phone rang less, so we chase causes where we can find them. A printer that drops off the network every fortnight is a network problem, not six printer problems.
Onsite and remote across Greater Sydney
Most things get fixed remotely inside the hour, because most things are software. When somebody has to be in the room, we come.
Onsite coverage runs from the Inner West out through Parramatta and the Hills, south west to Liverpool, Campbelltown and Camden, east to Woollahra and Bondi Junction, and north through Chatswood and Macquarie Park. Remote support reaches anywhere, which matters more than it used to. Plenty of our clients have staff working from home well outside Sydney, and that makes no difference to how fast they get help.
What IT support costs
Two ways to work with us. Ad hoc, where you call when something breaks and we bill the time. Or managed, where a fixed monthly fee covers support, monitoring, patching and security, and the number of calls stops being a financial decision you make at 9am with a waiting room full of people.
Most businesses start ad hoc, because committing to a provider you have never used is a reasonable thing to hesitate over. Plenty stay that way for years. The ones who move across usually do it after a month where they called four times and worked out they would rather somebody was watching.
No minimum, no lock-in, and no charge for telling you something is not worth doing.
Frequently asked questions
What businesses do you support?
Clinics, legal and accounting firms, architects and design studios, display and fitout businesses, not-for-profits, and other small professional organisations, mostly.
Can you help with one-off IT issues?
Absolutely. A single problem or project is fine, it doesn't need to turn into an ongoing arrangement unless you want it to.
How quickly will you respond?
Within two hours during business hours as a rule, sooner if it's genuinely urgent.
Do you support Macs as well as Windows?
Yes, and iPhones and iPads. Design studios and clinics almost always run a mix, and a provider who only really knows Windows becomes a problem the first time the one Mac in the office stops cooperating.
Will you deal with our practice software vendor for us?
Yes. Coordinating specialist suppliers is part of the job, and the call usually goes faster when the person on it already knows how your network and logins are set up.
What happens outside business hours?
Urgent problems get answered. A server down on a Saturday before a Monday clinic list is not something we leave until Monday.
Do we have to sign a contract?
Not for ad hoc work. Managed agreements are monthly, and you can leave with a month’s notice. We would rather keep clients because they want to stay.
