Managed IT
Monitoring, patching, security, Microsoft 365, networks and supplier coordination on a fixed monthly basis.
Read more →Thirteen services, all run by the same team. Most practices start with managed IT and add the rest as they need it, which means one number to call when something stops working rather than three suppliers pointing at each other.
The day-to-day relationship. Someone answers, someone owns the problem, and the same team knows how your systems are put together.

Read more →The reason these sit together rather than with four different suppliers is that most problems cross the lines between them. A phone that will not ring is usually a network problem. An email that will not send is usually a DNS problem. When one team owns the lot, nobody spends a morning on hold working out whose fault it is.
No. Most practices start with managed IT and add the rest when there is a reason to. Plenty of clients use us for two or three things and handle the rest themselves.
Yes, and it is more common than you would think. Sometimes that means we handle the infrastructure while someone internal handles the day to day, and sometimes it means we are the second pair of hands when they are away.
Ask anyway. Most of what we do sits across these thirteen headings somewhere, and when it genuinely does not, we will either sort it or tell you who should.
Onsite work is Greater Sydney, from the Inner West out to the Blue Mountains and down through the south west. Remote support reaches anywhere, and plenty of our clients have staff working well outside Sydney.
